Through my art I have attempted to capture the profound beauty that can be seen and felt after experiencing catharsis and healing. After experiencing life’s struggles, when one seeks healing, the power of catharsis leads to a journey of self-discovery and ‘finding purpose’.

 The beauty within is revealed through this process allowing it to radiate on the outside. The butterfly is a symbol of transformation which represents this concept. This painting is a representation of my self-discovery, as I wish to continue to radiate positivity through my paintings.
