In the process of creating my recent body of work, breaking various found archived photographs from the internet into shapes using imagination to create semi-representational and abstract artworks using a variety of colours and shapes and marks I create artworks are based on themes of Materials, Organic, Science, and Sustainability. Utilizing techniques of wet-on-wet and dry-on wet and mark-making I draw and paint using a medium of watercolours and the substrate watercolour paper to create my final artwork which is influenced by inner and outer perceptions of beauty and nature using artistic elements of shapes, lines and colour.
