A manifested spiral of anxiety through time. The exacerbated stress and tension carried through the years, and especially heightened during the pandemic. This linocut reflects the innerworks of the brain experiencing this catharsis, and questioning it. 

Aashna Pujara (b. 2002), is a South Asian multidisciplinary artist from Hamilton, Ontario, currently studying at OCAD University in Toronto. Her work explores her identity and the way it connects to her culture, her circumstantial life, and the dissociation that surrounds it.
