Born and brought up in a traditional Indian household and having travelled across the globe, Raksha fuses an ancient art form of Tanjore Painting with her own vision and story. Having been taught the basics of painting at a young age she learnt to modernize it with different patterns, mandalas and contemporary designs .Like her art, she is grounded in her culture and values but has blended them with the modern day world.
