Hilda Kathuria (New Delhi, India)

I did a course in Art Appreciation from National Museum, New Delhi  (1986). studied Sculpture at Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi (1992-95) and trained in Stained Glass techniques(2002). The beauty of Zardozi always fascinated me and I did indepth research in its intricacies and patterns.  Using antique pieces from my collection, I have passionately created these ethic exhibits that highlight the rich cultural heritage of India.

My works have been exhibited at Travancore Art Gallery, New Delhi (2009) and a solo at Lalit Kala International Mela, New Delhi (2017). My art pieces accentuate the interiors of a hotel, and many residences in the Gulf, UK, Canada, France and India.
